Are Your Meds WRECKING Your Bones?!

Dear Reader,

Your mainstream doctor has good intentions, most doctors do.

And when you go to him with any number of issues, chances are he’ll do his best to get to the bottom of it.

The problem is, a number of drugs that he might prescribe are doing more harm than good when it comes to your health.

And now we’ve discovered that some of these drugs have a dangerous side effect to your aging body…

They could be wrecking the foundation of your body’s structure… your bones.

As you get older your bones may naturally start to weaken. And if you get struck down with osteoporosis your bones become brittle and weak

Losing bone mass is no laughing matter. In fact, your risk of dying soon after you break a bone when you’re older is extremely high.

Which is why keeping your bones healthy should be a major concern for everyone: men and women.

To make matters worse… osteoporosis is now striking at a much younger age. Why?

Drugs.

The scary reality is, many of the drugs your mainstream doctor prescribes leech the calcium right out of your bones.

These include drugs for breast cancer, hyperthyroidism, asthma, allergies and type 2 diabetes.

Here is a list of the drugs that can ultimately destroy your bones:

  • Beclomethasoneused for asthma.
  • Budesonide: an anti-inflammatory drug used for Crohn’s disease
  • Budesonide and Formoterol: combinationused for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD
  • Fluticasone: a steroid used in asthma medications
  • Mometasone: used for hay fever
  • Medroxyprogesterone: birth control drug.
  • Glucocorticoids (steroids) use in many inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
  • Valproic acid: used to treat seizures.
  • Selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs)used in breast prostate cancer.
  • Selective serotonin receptor inhibitors (SSRIs)a class of drugs used as antidepressants.

As always, talk with your doctor about stopping any drug (halting some of these drugs can be very harmful to your health).

If you find out that you must be on one of these drugs, make sure you supply your body with all the nutrients it needs to keep building strong bones.

Remember, your bones are MUCH MORE than just calcium – in fact, you can get most of the calcium you need from your diet.

What most people are missing are the other nutrients. Good quality proteins that build a strong proteinmatrix.

You should supplement with Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and other minerals like boronvanadium, and magnesium to get what you need

AND, yes, it’s always best to get some exercise to help strengthen your bone health.
