RESTORE Your Libido with an Afternoon SNACK?!

Dear Reader,

I have a rather personal question for you…

When to opportunity arises…. Do you often feel like having sex? Or is your reaction to that thought, ugh.

If your answer is the latter — or a downright no – it could be a sign that something is a little off in your body.

If you feel your libido fading as you agethere is hope.

Maybe you’ve tried fixing your sex life with lingerie or tried drugs to help “perk things up” down there… and maybe none of those options worked. If so, it’s time to look for something else.

The best part is, it’s healthy, natural, and can be found right in your grocery store.

On your next grocery trip, it might be time to hit up the nuts aisle and grab a bag of walnuts.

Yes, walnuts.

Walnuts are nutrient rich super foods which are loaded with many health benefits.

Studies show eating more walnuts improves your heart and your brain!

And, according to a recent study, consuming walnuts and other nuts (like almonds and hazelnuts) regularly may also improve your male libido.

The recent study, published in the journal Nutrients, followed 83 men for a 14-week trial.

The researchers had the volunteers eat their normal diet but gave half of them 60 grams of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts). Researchers found that daily consumption of nuts boosted sexual desire in men and gave them better orgasms.

The researchers were not sure why they worked, but pointed to the fact that nuts are rich in antioxidants and essential vitamins like folic acid, and minerals like calcium and potassium

Other studies have shown nuts to contain compounds which help promote healthy blood circulation – which is needed for a strong erection.

While eating nuts did not prolong the duration of sexual intercourse, they did increase sexual desire and improve orgasm.

You can get your daily dose of 60 grams of nuts by eating a handful or two or by adding nuts to any number of recipes.
