[BREAKING] The Root of All Diseases EXPOSED!

Dear Reader,

If you don’t already know, your body hates chronic inflammation.

A recent study followed more than 160,481 people for 15 years. And the research team found that the people with the highest inflammation were more likely to die from all causes.

Now, many doctors and scientists suggest that inflammation is a normal part of aging.

But don’t buy that nonsense. There is are many things you can do to DROP inflammation in your body, that are safe and easy.

Let’s take a look.

If you were going to pin the cause of almost every modern disease on something, inflammation is your choice. And that’s because, unfortunately, inflammation is running amok in our modern world.

Inflammation is not a “thing,” but a process. It’s a tool your body uses to clear an injury.

If you were to, say, bump your finger, inflammation would fly in and create redness and swelling to rush healing to that area.

That all works great when it’s temporary (like an injured finger). But it all goes really haywire when that inflammation becomes a permanent resident in your body.

Our modern world is full of things that cause chronic inflammation: the bad food we eat, drinking in excess, smoking, taking drugs (prescription and non-prescription), being overweight (fat cells produce inflammation), and even breathing polluted air.

When our bodies are inflamed, it becomes ripe ground for diseases to thrive

You can blame inflammation for the increase in heart disease, cancer… the many diseases of your digestive tract, bone loss, mental illness (depression, anxiety…), asthma, lung infections, and SO MUCH more.

Dr. Scott’s Inflammation-Be-Gone program:

  • There are many powerful natural anti-inflammatories that you should take all the time. These include fish oil, curcumin, Boswellia, and others.
  • Exercise is a great way to keep inflammation in check. Strangely, exercise increases inflammation for about an hour after exercise, but then it plummets to low levels – resulting in an overall decrease in inflammation.
  • Avoid processed foods and too much sugar. Both sugar and vegetable oils tend to increase inflammation in the body.
  • Eat your veggies. Vegetables have a way of calming inflammation.
  • Take a probiotic. Your immune system (which controls inflammation) is closely tied to the health of your digestive tract. Make sure you are getting enough healthy bacteria by taking a good probiotic.

If you want to do one thing for your health that will have wide-ranging impact, then work to drop inflammation with every tool at your disposal.
