[BREAKING] “Everyday” Drug UPS Stomach Bleed Risk 60%

Dear Reader,

Walking into your local pharmacy should be like walking into a grocery store.

You go in looking for what you need, pick it up, head to the cashier, and you’re on your way.

You probably don’t think twice about the medicine you’ve just picked up – and how there’s a very real chance that it could actually be a DANGER to your health.

And new research has just exposed a frightening health risk of one popular “everyday” drug that I’m sure is sitting in your medicine cabinet right this very second….

An aspirin a day has been common mainstream medical advice for the last 30 years. But if you’ve been following this advice, now is the time to pump the brakes, and pump them hard.

Why should you worry about taking a daily aspirin?

The short answer: stomach bleeding

A new study, published in the journal Gut, found that older people taking daily aspirin can increase the risk for gastrointestinal (stomach) bleeding by about 60 percent.

Even worse, this study adds to a 2018 study which found that daily aspirin failed to help generally healthy older people and did nothing to reduce the risk of heart disease (in fact, in that study aspirin appeared to raise your risk of dying)!

And gastrointestinal bleeding is nothing to shrug off — many people die from it every year.

Which is why it’s difficult for me to imagine mainstream docs supporting a daily that further RISKS your health doesn’t provide any real benefit.

Yet still, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends daily aspirin therapy

If you are worried about heart disease or stroke, there are safer prevention routes to take.

Let me show you:

  • Fish Oil: Studies have shown that Omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish oil) can reduce heart disease by up to 52%. Fish oils work by reducing inflammation and softening up arteries so they stay flexible. I suggest you take between 1,000 and 3,000 milligrams a day.
  • CoQ10 (CoenzymeQ10): This antioxidant/enzyme is found throughout our bodies and is used for energy production. Since our heart is one of the most energy-hungry organs in our bodies. It needs CoQ10.  But CoQ10 goes beyond that, it is also a powerful antioxidant that works both inside and outside the cells. CoQ10 has been shown to lower inflammation, reduce blood clots, and help prevent skipped beats (like arrhythmias or atrial fibrillation).
  • Vitamin C: Remember that we are one of a few mammals that cannot produce their own vitamin C. If you don’t supplement, you don’t get enough of this vitamin, so add it to your list.
  • Antioxidants: There are many antioxidants to choose from like vitamins A, C, E, and others, but I prefer the plant phytonutrients such as carotenoids, polyphenols and flavonoids for great antioxidant protection. Examples include: green tea extract – called EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), red wine extract (resveratrol), pycnogenol, olive leaf extract, curcumin, and others.
  • Hawthorn: This is an herb that has long been used for heart health. It helps lower blood pressure while also strengthening the heart muscle. Hawthorn berries are full of flavonoids for extra antioxidant protection.
