The Best Way to Fight Any Virus
Dear Reader,
The truth is, mainstream medicine has NOTHING that will help you when it comes to a virus.
Sure, antibiotics work against bacteria, but those viruses are tough critters to fight.
And the meds they dole out when you’re in this predicament are next to useless. You might wonder, in the world of modern medicine, why isn’t there a better way to fight viruses?
Well, fortunately there is.
The best way to fight a virus boils down to boosting your immune system.
I hate to say it, but mainstream medicine is never going to be able to stop viruses – and this hope everyone has is just a pipe dream.
Even the common flu vaccine is only 10 percent effective!
So, your only hope is to become as healthy as possible (remember having a chronic disease makes ALL infections harder to fight) and give your immune system a boost.
One of my favorite ways to support your immune system is with a daily tea.
You’ve probably heard a lot about green tea: many people drink it because of the numerous health benefits.
Green tea is RICH in antioxidants and it’s an excellent detoxification tea. Green tea is also loaded with polyphenols and flavonoids to help reduce inflammation and spur on the immune system.
Not only that, but it helps with digestion, promotes weight loss, manages cholesterol, and strengthens overall immunity.
Pick a green tea you like and add a pinch of cinnamon, add a teaspoon of ground turmeric.
(If green tea isn’t – well – your cup of tea, there are other natural ways to put a stop to viruses. Go here to read about a “root plant” that can halt viruses and bacteria in its tracks.)
What do you get for adding those two additional herbs? You get better blood sugar control, faster weight loss, improved digestion, and the kick in the pants your immune system needs.
Turmeric contains that powerful molecule called curcumin, which is also full of antioxidants and is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Curcumin is well–known to powerfully boost immune health, ward off cold and flu, and even detox your liver.
Cinnamon goes way beyond tasting great, it is also an antioxidant, helps fight infections, and helps control blood sugar.
Try starting your day with this powerful tea and you will be on your way to giving your immune system the nutrients it needs to fight whatever may come its way.
P.S. Looking to ward off viruses and bacteria as we approach nature’s FAVORITE germ-ridden season? Go here to find out how you can “kill two birds with one stone” and say good bye to viruses and bacteria.
