Simple Snack Could Ramp Up Your Romance (HOT!)
You’ve heard me say it a hundred times…
Being healthy CAN be easy! It’s true!
The great thing is, there are little things you can do that will make a BIG difference when it comes to your heart, bone, and brain health.
And the same is true for your libido and sexual performance.
You see, there’s one simple – and tasty – way to become a STUD in the bedroom.
And all you have to do is eat a couple of handfuls of this delicious snack.
I’m talking about nuts.
And this isn’t the first time I’ve told you how good they are for you.
Studies show they can help improve your heart… your blood sugar… and even your mood.
Now we know they can really turn up the heat in the bedroom, too.
A recent 14–week trial published in the journal Nutrients split a group of men experiencing sexual issues into two.
The first group ate their usual diet. And the second group added 60 grams of nuts – about two handfuls of almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts – to their daily diet.
Next, scientists analyzed the participants‘ blood, looking for important biomarkers linked to sexual health and also had the participants answer questionnaires.
At the end, they found the men who included nuts had improved sperm counts, vitality, motility, and morphology (shape) – all of which translates to better sexual desire in less failure in the bedroom.
Nuts work because they contain omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients that improve blood flow and stamina.
If nuts aren’t your thing, you can also boost your testosterone by getting more zinc, CoQ10, and B vitamins.
P.S. Have you been having issues in the bedroom lately? If so, rest assured, you are not alone. But what you might not know is that a certain prescription medication might just be RUINING your sex drive. Are you taking it? Find out about it here.
