Tropical Fruit Reduces Wrinkles 23% (in 2 Months!)

Dear Reader,

It’s Christmas Eve. The year is quickly coming to a close. I hope you’re able to spend some time with loved ones, safely.

And with the new year upon us, we’re all looking for ways to boost our health and well-being. Many of us are looking to increase our fitness and other ways to look and feel younger.

Well, if better skin is on your new year resolutions list you’ll want to keep reading.

See, if you ask your mainstream doc about your gray hair… wrinkled skin… and lack of energyhe’ll just shrug his shoulders.

He’ll say that this is part of the aging process and there’s NOTHING you can do about it.

Well, I’m here to tell you that’s not true

Because there is one way to stop wrinkles in their tracks — and its pretty tasty!

Researchers have found — what they call — the fountain of youth for your skin

Their study, published in the journal Nutrients, found that women who ate mangos on a regular basis had significantly fewer wrinkles after two months.

But it’s not just any mangoes, it was specific mango called Ataulfo mangos (or honey or Champagne mangoes).

The women who ate half a cup of the special mangos four times a week saw 23 percent reduction in wrinkles after two months.

Interestingly, they found if women ate MORE than half a cup four times a week that it didn’t really benefit, in fact it made wrinkles worse.

Why is this?  The research team believes that too much sugar could increase the wrinkles.

Of course, mangos are full of antioxidants and betacarotene, and that is why they benefit your skin so much.

So, whether or not you have Ataulfo mangos you have a solution for healthy skin: eat foods high in antioxidants and high in beta carotene and try to keep your blood sugar low as possible.

Here are some other things to do to make your skin bright and wrinkle free.

Dr. Scott’s Skin Health Plan:

  • Eat well. This means making sure you are getting enough nutrients from the food that you eat. Typical people don’t eat enough vegetables (which are loaded with healthy vitamins and other nutrients). Avoid processed foods, too much sugar, and too much alcohol.
  • Exercise. Most of us would agree that it is hard to set aside enough time to exercise, but, when we do exercise, we feel great. Remember that “I feel great” feeling and get your butt out the door as often as possible. Try walking, swimming, bicycling, or playing a sport like golf.
  • Fill in the Gaps. You are never going to get the nutrients you need from the food you are eating (not in our modern world). You need to fill in those nutritional gaps by supplementing to make sure your skin has what it needs to thrive.
  • Sleep and Stress. There are two things that will destroy your skin quicker than anything else: lack of sleep and too much stress. Find a way to deal with these two. There are great natural products like melatonin or L-theanine that can help you reduce stress and sleep through the night – use them if you need them.
  • Skin Healthy Nutrients: all antioxidants are good for your skin (Vitamins A,E,C, as well as carotenoids and polyphenols). Nutrients like fish oil and collagen are great additions.

P.S. Not only are antioxidants great at keeping your skin young, but they can also keep you cancer-free. Click here to find out which antioxidant helps fight off skin cancer.
