Emperor’s Beverage SHREDS Fat Overnight!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like listening to someone brag… especially when it comes to losing weight.

Some people out there treat shedding a few pounds like scaling Mt. Everest!

And while you should always be proud of yourself for slimming down and getting healthy, it doesn’t have to sound like overcoming a huge obstacle.

Because if you know this secret, you know it’s not.

Researchers have uncovered an ancient “Emperor’s Beverage” that was practically designed to shred fat.

Even better? It does it while you sleep.

In an exciting new study, researchers from the University of Tsukuba in Japan found that drinking oolong tea can help burn more fat.

The study recruited healthy volunteers and divided them into three groups. One group drank oolong tea, the second took a caffeine pill, and the third took a placebo.

And at the end of the two-week study, researchers found that oolong tea increased the breakdown of fat by 20 percent when compared to the control group.

The researchers were also surprised to find that the fat-burning effect of oolong tea keeps going even after people fall asleep.

How’s THAT for great news?

And while the tea does burn fat while you sleep, it DOESN’T keep you awake! Caffeine is famous for keeping people wired, yet the sleep patterns of the study volunteers didn’t change.

Oolong tea contains between 37 to 55mg of caffeine (the average cup of coffee contains around 95mg of caffeine).

That makes oolong a good addition to a weight control program. And all it takes is two cups a day.

Oolong tea is somewhere between a green tea and black tea in taste. In fact, you might recognize it once you have it—it’s often served at Chinese restaurants.

You can find oolong tea at most grocery stores as well as online.
