[UNCOVERED] SLASH Your Risk of Diabetes by 70%?!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Diabetes is more than just cutting sugar out of your life.

If left untreated, it can result in amputations, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, vision loss, and more.

In other words, it can RUIN your life.

That’s why you need to know the facts, and what you’re up against.

Because every little bit you do to protect yourself could save your life.

And now researchers have discovered another piece of the puzzle.

You could SLASH your risk of diabetes by a whopping 70 percent all by doing one tiny thing.

Recent research shows that losing just 5 to 7 percent of your body weight can reduce the chances of developing diabetes by 58 percent!

But it gets better…

If you’re over 60, you could lower your risk by as much as 70 percent.

That means dropping a few pounds should be on everyone’s to-do list.

The research comes from the American Heart Association, and shows that 30 to 53 percent of new diabetes cases are linked to the patient’s weight.

The researchers gathered data from a large-scale study of patients from 45 to 79 years old. None had diabetes at the beginning of the study.

But by the end of the study, up to 41 percent of the participants had gained significant weight, which corresponded DIRECTLY to the rate of diabetes.

Of the obese patients, one in ten developed diabetes. In fact, when compared to the healthy weight group, the rate of diabetes leapt from 7 to 20 percent.

But this doesn’t have to be you.

Here’s the plan:

Become more active. This alone can help a lot of people lose those few extra pounds. You don’t have to be too crazy with your exercise, just try walking more.

Fill in those extra nutrients. Blood sugar control especially needs chromium, vanadium, and B vitamins.

Eat more protein. You need to eat protein to feel full and have fewer cravings. Protein easily fills you up and uses more energy to digest than any other type of food. Protein also helps build muscle mass, which pushes your metabolism into overdrive.

Drink only water. This is the hardest step for most people, but the calories that come from drinking soda, juice, or anything besides water are calories you don’t need.

Get help from herbs.  Try berberine. This plant extract helps reduce inflammation and gives your natural fat-burning switch a good kick.

P.S. Once again, big food corporations are putting our lives at stake, all for the sake of a buck. Read here about this dangerous ingredient that could skyrocket your diabetes risk.
