Telltale Sign REVEALS Your Lifespan! (Scary)

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’ve ever gone to a fortune teller at a fair and had your palm read, you know about the infamous lifeline.

And I’m betting you don’t put too much stock in it.

After all, it’s impossible to know how much longer you have on this Earth.

Or is it?

Researchers have discovered a telltale sign that REVEALS your lifespan.

And it’s downright eerie.

I’m talking about your eyes.

A study review in the journal Lancet Global Health pooled data from 48,000 people and 17 studies.

They found that folks with severe vision impairment were at a BIGGER risk of dying early!

How big of a risk?

According to the data, if you have mild vision impairment, your risk shot up to 29 percent. But it can actually get MUCH worse.

The risk increased to 89 percent if you have severe vision impairment.

We all know our vision is important, but this is an eye-opening—forgive the pun—insight into how it affects your lifespan.

And it affects your quality of life, too.

The researchers found that people who were losing vision had higher levels of dementia, depression, and felt a loss of independence and lowered well-being… not to mention they tended to exercise less.

And all of this combined naturally shortens your lifespan.

Bottom line: your eyes are important, so let’s take care of them.

Dr. Scott’s Vision Improvement Regimen:

  • Vitamin A: This vitamin is crucial for vision and eye health. It’s an essential component of rhodopsin–a protein that absorbs light in the retina. It’s also is vital for the health of the cornea and conjunctival membranes.
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids: DHA found in fish oil is an omega-3 fatty acid. The photoreceptors in the retina are made up of 50 percent DHA. I suggest you supplement with one to three grams of fish oil a day.
  • Berries: I’m a big fan of berries because they contain many powerful antioxidant compounds. They’re also high in essential vitamins and flavonoids that your eyes need. Studies have shown that blueberries may help with night vision, but so do bilberries, and Maqui berries.
  • Lutein and Zeaxanthin: These carotenoids are found in colorful fruits and vegetables and help the macula determine color vision.
  • Balance Your Blood Sugar: Increases in blood sugar are part of the reason for the cloudiness developing. High blood sugar increases Advance Glycation End-Products (a fancy word for misshapen proteins caused by sugar). If you have problems balancing blood sugar, look to the herbal extract berberine and the mineral chromium.

P.S. Did you know that your vision can also reveal your risk for this disease? All it takes is one test to know if this disease could kill you. Read more right here.
