“Rocket Fuel” for Fat Loss?! (30 Mins)

Researchers have discovered that this “rocket fuel” could help you burn fat… all in just 30 minutes!

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day… and when it comes to losing weight, that’s true more than ever.

The answer? Coffee.

A new study shows that drinking one serving of strong coffee 30 minutes before you exercise can RAMP UP fat-burning.

You may not think about drinking coffee right before exercise, but professional athletes know that caffeine is one of the few ergogenic substances in the world.

Ergogenic means any substance that enhances physical performance, improves stamina, and shortens recovery.

In the study, 15 men were recruited and instructed to perform a certain exercise four times each week. But before they exercised, half of the participants drank a serving of coffee, and the other half took a placebo.

The timing was also important. The participants took the placebo or drank coffee at 8 AM or 5 PM.

And at the end of the study, those who drank the coffee had burned more fat.

You see, when you exercise, your body starts a process called fat oxidation. This is when your mitochondria (your body’s energy centers) begin to burn off fat.

And it turns out coffee can accelerate it.

The researchers also found that the 5PM worked even better (take that, early birds!).

So, sleep in and take your time before you get out and exercise – just make sure to drink that coffee before you head out.
