“A” Treatment STOPS Alzheimer’s (FINALLY!)

I hate the expression “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks”.

It simply isn’t true!

Sure, learning can become harder as we age, but we still learn things up until the day we die.

And that’s all thanks to a process called neuroplasticity.

All this is, is your brain’s ability to learn, change, and form new memories, thanks to healthy neurons (your brain’s important cells).

But most importantly, it’s what keeps Alzheimer’s and dementia at bay.

However, your brain can’t keep its plasticity without a little help from you.

And now thanks to this “A” treatment you can give it all the help it needs to fight Alzheimer’s and dementia and MORE.

Let me show you.

Your poor brain cells really take a beating. Whether it’s due to diet, environment, or aging, losing brain cells is a fact of life.

But luckily, there are nutrients which help maintain plasticity and regrow brain cells.

A new study published in the journal eLife found that all-trans retinoic acid (a form of vitamin A) helps maintain plasticity in nerve cells in your cortex.

Your cortex is where your brain stores all of your memories. It’s also essential for understanding information and controlling your movement.

It’s the part of your brain that makes you, YOU.

Vitamin A is a well-studied nutrient can help many brain conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease and depression.

For the study, the researchers looked at sections of the brain under a slide, slowly adding all-trans retinoic acid for up to 10 hours.

Then, they took a closer look.

The all-trans retinoic acid had increased the reactions of dendritic cells, a tiny branch of the neuron. It acted like a satellite, beaming clearer signals to other neurons and helping them grow.

In other words, all-trans retinoic acid could be all you need to preserve your memory and neuroplasticity.

While this is a prescription-strength version, you can still get vitamin A from your diet.

But truly, that’s just the beginning. If you really want to take care of your brain, try the following.

Dr. Scott’s Brain Health Program:

  • Start with blood sugar control. Being overweight is often a sign of poor blood sugar control. You can lower your blood sugar fairly quickly by avoiding sugars and processed foods, and by also supplementing with the mineral chromium and the herbal extract berberine.
  • Eat mostly proteins and non-starchy veggies. Proteins help you feel full and keep your blood sugar low.
  • Exercise. Do anything that gets your heart beating a little faster, preferably outside. This will bring oxygen and nutrients to your brain while flushing away toxins.
  • Take brain-specific nutrients. Your brain needs fish oil (EPA/DHA) and anti-inflammatories like curcumin and bacopa.
