SLASH Stroke Risk in Half with This Sacred Beverage (Delicious!)
One of the saddest things I’ve witnessed in my practice is stroke.
Seeing one of my seemingly healthy patients get struck down by this terrifying disease is heart-breaking.
Suddenly, your loved one can’t speak or take care of themselves… it’s like the person you knew is gone.
But now, you can put a stop to that tragedy before it happens to you.
Researchers have uncovered a way to slash your stroke risk in half…
And it’s all thanks to this sacred—and delicious!—beverage.
The solution is green tea.
A new Chinese study of 100,902 people shows that regular tea drinkers live longer than people who don’t drink tea.
In fact, up to 1.26 years longer!
But it gets even better. Tea drinkers are also:
- 39 percent less likely to have either a stroke or heart disease
- 56 percent less likely to die from stroke or heart disease
- 29 percent less likely to die over the entire eight years of the study from ANY condition!
And all they did was drink green tea three times a week.
Green tea works because it’s chock full of polyphenols. These special antioxidants help protect your cells, control your blood sugar levels, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, AND shield your heart.
Though researchers think loose leaf green tea is best since that’s what the participants drank, you can still reap the benefits from the regular bagged tea that you can find at any grocery store.
And if you want to an extra heart boost, add some fresh ginger. This spicy herb is great for your blood pressure and makes your cup of tea delicious, too.
