“K Switch” SAVES Your Memory!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Drug researchers are always looking for the next big thing when it comes to treating memory loss.

If they can find a chemical way to stop this disease, they can turn it into a drug… and then make MILLIONS off of it.

But here’s the problem… they can’t patent something natural.

And this latest discovery is just that.

A breaking new study has shown that this “k switch” could SAVE your memory… and effectively offset Alzheimer’s disease.

The secret is fasting.

Before you click off of this page, let me tell you that there are a lot of DIFFERENT ways of fasting that won’t make you feel deprived. Most people can find one that works for them.

Researchers at the prestigious King’s College London found that eating every other day could slow cognitive decline.

How does it work?

The study showed that eating every other day turned on the Klotho gene (often referred to as the “longevity gene”).

Klotho is well known to help increase the production of certain brain cells in the hippocampal region of the brain. Hippocampal nerves are essential for the formation of memory, but the thing is, nerve cells from this region fail as we get older.

Now the question is, how do you make fasting work for you?

You can simply follow the study and eat every other day… but many folks, understandably, find this difficult.

Another option is to pick one day of the week to fast.

If that sounds too difficult, there’s yet another option: intermittent fasting.

This means you simply cut back on the time you spend eating every day. Set aside a certain part of the day when you eat, and a certain part when you don’t.

The average person eats between 14 and 16 hours a day. But if you can drop that to 10 hours a day, then this will work for you.

Eating in a 10-hour window can help you drop weight, plus improve your blood sugar and cholesterol numbers.

Get started today and know that you’ll be improving your memory and doing the best for your health.
