[MEN] Defeat Bedroom Boredom with THIS Treat

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

It’s never easy for men to talk about what goes on in the bedroom – ESPECIALLY if it’s not going very well.

But here is what no one will tell you about erectile dysfunction (ED).

It’s a SYMPTOM… not a disease.

And what’s ED a symptom of? I’m glad you asked!

Today I’m going to reveal how you can defeat your bedroom boredom, all thanks to this delicious treat.

*****

Erectile dysfunction is a symptom of bigger problems going on in your body.

Here’s what I mean.

Men who have ED typically have:

  • high cholesterol,
  • high blood pressure,
  • clogged blood vessels,
  • diabetes,
  • obesity,
  • low testosterone,
  • problems with blood sugar control.

And the good news is, one treatment can handle ALL of these conditions: the Mediterranean diet.

Researchers who presented their study at the European Society of Cardiology put a group of older men with high blood pressure and erectile dysfunction on the Mediterranean diet to see if it could solve these health issues.

If you’re not familiar with it, the Mediterranean diet focuses on lean proteins, including fish, and a high number of vegetables.

The study enrolled 250 men in their 50s who suffered from high blood pressure and erectile dysfunction.

All men were asked to follow the Mediterranean diet, and then answer a questionnaire about how well they stuck to it.

The men who followed the Mediterranean diet closely had higher blood flow through their heart’s blood vessels, better blood vessel softness, higher testosterone, and – best of all – better erectile performance.

In other words, they had healthier flow THROUGHOUT their bodies… not just to that area.

And if you’re looking for other ways to improve your performance, check these tips out.

Dr. Scott’s “Sure Sex” Solutions:

  • Start with your weight. Make sure you’re exercising enough to build muscle mass.
  • Control your blood sugar. Poor blood sugar control destroys blood vessels throughout the body. Remember that blood supply to the penis is what causes an erection.
  • Make sure your heart is healthy. One of the side effects of heart disease is a loss of sexual function. Stop in and see your doctor if you are worried your problem may be your heart.
  • Build muscle. Not only will this help you to feel stronger, but increased muscle mass also boosts testosterone.
  • Support natural testosterone production though good nutrition and supplements like zinc and the herb called Eurycoma longifolia.
  • Look at your prescription drugs. Many drugs destroy libido, especially antidepressants and heart medications.
