CHEAT Diabetes with This “LG” Secret (Wow!)

It’s no secret that diabetes is killing American seniors in droves.

In fact, 1.5 million folks lost their lives to diabetes in 2019 alone.

Mainstream medicine simply won’t save you from this killer disease – they just have expensive drugs and impossible diets.

In other words, the situation is bleak.

Fortunately, there’s a better way to get ahold of your blood sugar.

It’s called the “LG” secret, and it’s incredibly easy to do.

Even better? It’s free… and anyone can do it.

The “LG” solution is one I’ve been recommending to my patients for YEARS.

I’m talking about a low glycemic diet.

Let me explain.

Long ago, researchers found that eating certain foods can SPIKE blood sugar, like white bread, chips, and refined sugar… yet other foods can keep blood sugar fairly level, like greens, cauliflower, broccoli, meats, and nuts.

From these studies was born the glycemic index, a measure of how an individual food affects blood sugar.

And now, a group of researchers from the University of Toronto discovered that eating a low glycemic diet can SLASH your A1c score (one of the ways diabetes risk is measured).

The research team, who published their work in the highly-regarded British Medical Journal, combined the results from 27 randomly controlled trials to see if eating a low glycemic diet had any effect on diabetes.

And when they assessed the data, they found that folks with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who ate a low glycemic diet had healthier blood sugar than the folks who ate a normal diet.

That’s excellent news!

Even better, the low glycemic diet group also lost weight, and had lower levels of inflammation.

If you’re interested in trying a low glycemic diet for yourself, you can check out the guide here. You’ll find a more complete list of foods that are high and low glycemic there, as well as more studies, recommended books, and other resources.
