Tasty Fruit ELIMINATES Stubborn Belly Fat

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

For better or worse, summer is the prime season for folks to realize they’ve gained a few pounds in unwanted places.

And it doesn’t matter what age you are, you want to feel good about yourself… and LOOK good too!

But now, you might just have a secret weapon in your arsenal.

Research has found that this tasty fruit ELIMINATES stubborn belly fat… especially in women.

The answer? Avocados.

A recent study from the Journal of Nutrition found that women who ate avocados every day had a dramatic reduction in deep visceral abdominal fat.

You see, there are two places that fat gets stored in your belly. There’s the fat found right under the skin called subcutaneous fat. And then there’s the fat which surrounds internal organs – this is called visceral fat.

Visceral fat is the real troublemaker. A higher amount of visceral fat is associated with many conditions, including heart disease and diabetes.

But for women, eating an avocado a day can lead to less visceral fat, which can also lead to lower blood sugar, improved blood pressure, and better heart health in general.

Strangely, men in the study showed no change in fat distribution when they ate avocados (but that doesn’t mean you should skip out on them, gents!).

For years, people have been afraid of avocados because they’re high in fat… but the fats in avocados are the GOOD fats your body needs.

Besides that, avocados also have:

  • fiber for a healthy microbiome,
  • beta-sitosterol for your heart,
  • lutein and zeaxanthin for your eyes,
  • and vitamin K, one of the hard-to-get vitamins.

Forget the apple — it’s an avocado a day that REALLY keeps the doctor away.

P.S. If you REALLY want to supercharge weight loss, you have to see this. Research shows that you could ignite fat-burning in just 4 seconds! Click here to learn more.
