Simple Trick Dramatically Slows Memory Loss

Ask a group of middle-aged people about their biggest fear, and they will almost universally say, “losing their minds.”

And I agree. The thought of my precious memories fading away is at the top of MY “no thanks” list.

But just wanting your brain to be healthy isn’t enough. You have to work at protecting it.

And here’s the thing…

You DON’T have to work as hard as you might imagine!

You don’t have to run marathons, avoid meat, and meditate all day long. You can make BIG improvements to your brain health by making a few small changes to your lifestyle.

The first thing that ought to be on your brain-preserving list is a kitchen table trick that’s often overlooked.

Eating more flavonols can help you dodge memory loss.

Flavonols are a group of over 5,000 compounds found in vegetables, fruits, teas, and wines. These potent nutrients naturally slash inflammation, promote healthy circulation, and are powerful antioxidants.

Some of the best-known flavanols include quercetin, kaempferol, and myricetin, all of which promote good health and are great for your brain.

A new study published in the journal Neurology illustrates WHY. Researchers found that the folks who eat the most flavonols dramatically slow down the aging of their brains.

You can increase the flavonols in your diet by eating more vegetables and low-sugar fruits. But don’t stop there.

There are other simple steps you can take to supercharge your brain health. I’ve included several of the most powerful in my Brain Protection Plan:

  • Creatine is an amino acid that’s good for the brain and helps support energy production. Studies show creatine improves cognition, communication, self-care, personality, and behavior.
  • Omega 3 fish oil is an essential fatty acid your brain needs to function. Plus, it protects against damaging oxidation. Higher omega-3 levels are linked to a larger hippocampus, which plays a major role in learning and memory. Eating more omega-3s is associated with better abstract reasoning.
  • CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant and helps provide energy throughout the body. Animal research has found the compound may improve cognitive performance in seniors.
  • Antioxidants can prevent oxidative stress from damaging your brain cells. And research has found they can slow memory loss. Vitamins such as vitamins A and C are natural antioxidants. But I especially like the phytonutrients (such as polyphenols and carotenes) found in superfood supplement combinations.
  • Herbs like curcumin and bacopa help reduce inflammation and fight free radicals.

Stop WISHING for better brain health and MAKE it happen instead by adding these brain-supporting nutrients to your regular routine.

P.S. Want to boost your brainpower even MORE? You can literally GROW your gray matter with this one easy step. I’ve got all the details right here.
