"Splash Hack" DOUBLES the Benefits of Your Morning Brew

I love coffee.

I roast my own beans. I have a fancy coffee maker. The WHOLE nine yards.

Of course, I love the bright, bitter punch of flavor I get in every sip. And there’s nothing like the jump-start coffee gives my brain in the morning.

But I also know that coffee has bunches of health benefits.

In fact, every cup of joe provides our bodies with something they desperately need…

Coffee is brimming with powerful bioactive compounds called polyphenols.

Fruits and vegetables, including coffee and cocoa beans, are packed with these naturally protective antioxidant compounds.

When you eat polyphenol-rich foods, they reduce inflammation and protect against what is often referred to as the “diseases of aging.” These include cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and brain diseases like dementia.

Polyphenols are a VITAL part of staying healthy as you age. And coffee is a great way to slip more of them into your diet.

The only hitch is these nutrients can be challenging to absorb. But now scientists say they’ve uncovered a way to make these potent coffee compounds even MORE powerful.

Oh, and it also just happens to be DELICIOUS.

The new study published in The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that adding a splash of milk to coffee doubled the anti-inflammatory effects of the polyphenols on immune cells.

Combining the compounds with a protein INCREASES their effectiveness.

So if you want to get the MOST out of your morning brew, you shouldn’t drink it alone. Adding a splash of creamy milk will enhance the flavor and bump up the health benefits at the same time.

Prefer your joe black? No problem.

If you’re fully committed to drinking your coffee without milk, pair it with a protein-packed breakfast like eggs or Greek yogurt instead.

P.S. Recent research confirmed that regular coffee drinking DOESN’T cause high blood pressure. In fact, it can literally help maintain LOW BP. Pour yourself another cup and CLICK HERE for the truth.
