Slim Down with This FAT-BURNING Hack

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

There’s more weight-loss advice out there than there are stars in the sky.

Much of it’s complicated, strenuous, or downright impossible to follow.

With the promise of slimming down, people push everything from extreme exercise to gross drinks you must hold your nose to gulp down.

But the MOST common bit of advice is still that old adage, “Eat less and exercise more.” Supposedly it’s THE foolproof formula to lose weight.

Too bad it’s BALONEY.

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight following that advice, you KNOW it’s a set-up for failure. It’s nearly impossible to get real results that way.

SUCCESSFUL weight loss takes time. And it requires a bunch of different strategies, including ditching added sugars, increasing protein, avoiding inflammatory vegetable oils, and building muscle, to name a few.

Recently researchers confirmed another simple strategy to add to the mix.

In fact, it could help you effortlessly jumpstart your stalled weight loss. Because this tasty produce hack literally helps MELT fat.

I’m talking about adding more flavonoid-rich foods to your menu.

Flavonoids (or flavanols) are plant-derived compounds with bunches of health benefits.

These natural antioxidants lower cholesterol, reign in blood sugar, support brain health, AND fight off cancer.

And now a recent study has found they could ALSO help us lose weight…

It turns out flavonoids improve fat metabolism.

Most folks don’t realize it, but there are actually two different kinds of fat. There’s white fat and brown fat.

White fat is what you probably think of when you hear the term body fat. It’s an energy storage system.

We build up white fat to use when food is scarce. Which obviously doesn’t happen very often for most of us these days.

Brown fat plays a different role. It’s metabolically active and helps maintain our body temperature as well as regulate sugar and fat metabolism.

When you CONVERT white fat into brown fat, it leads to weight loss and a higher metabolic rate. And that’s where flavonoids come in. Because they appear to accelerate the conversion of white to brown fat.

Lucky for us, flavonoids are easy to come by. You’ll find them in many produce and produce-based products, including berries, red wine, kale, red cabbage, tea, dark chocolate, citrus fruits, apples, and more.

But I recommend considering a flavonoid-rich supplement, as well. I add mine… a powder… into a daily drink or smoothie to make SURE I get all my flavonoids for the day.

P.S. Flavonoids are a great start. But don’t stop there. This 20-second trick supercharges weight loss, lowers triglycerides, and more! CLICK HERE for the details.
