Dodge Early Death with THIS 11-minute Commitment

There are things you WANT to be early for, like church, birthday parties, and flights.

But your funeral is NOT one of them.

New research reveals how easy it is to tell the Grim Reaper to take a hike.

Because it turns out an 11-minute commitment could slash your risk of early death by 23 percent.

You’ve heard me preach the value of exercise MANY times before. In fact, if you had to pick just one thing to focus on as you age, I’d put it at the top of the list.

But let’s face it, finding the time and motivation to exercise as recommended is a tall order for many. That’s why I’m excited to share some new research with you.

It turns out you can cut those exercise recommendations in HALF and STILL reduce your chances of dying early by 23 percent!

According to a new study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, 11 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity daily, or just 75 minutes per week, SLASHES the risk of killer conditions like heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers.

Researchers crunched the numbers from a whopping 196 peer-reviewed articles…including some with over 30 million participants… to reach that conclusion.

Now, to be clear, exercise is one of those rare things where MORE is BETTER. So if you can commit to 20 to 25 minutes daily (150 minutes a week), go for it. You’ll gain even MORE benefits.

But shooting for 11 minutes is a more realistic goal for many folks. And it alone can help you live longer and better.

Some examples of moderate-intensity physical activity:

  • a brisk walk
  • riding a bike
  • swimming laps
  • dancing
  • tennis
  • doing something active with the grandkids (frisbee, ball, etc.)

Whatever activity you choose, you need to get your heart pumping daily for about 11 minutes.

So, go ahead and unseat that seat, grab a watch, and postpone your date with the Reaper.
