The STUNNING Truth About Back Pain

I feel like I can barely do anything anymore because of my back pain. I’m always taking pain meds. What else can help?”

– Ed, Huntsville, AL

Hi Ed,

Brace yourself. What I’m about to tell you about back pain will no doubt come as a surprise. It might even seem downright unbelievable at first.

If you’ve had back pain for a LONG time, it’s just a “habit” at this point.

You see, the damage is healed up and long gone. So your current pain is the result of wrong messages being sent to your brain.

Trust me. I realize how that sounds when you’re hurting. And frankly, as someone who has dealt with back pain myself, I resented the idea and DIDN’T believe it at first either.

But after reading a book called The Pain Management Workbook by Rachel Zoffness and researching the topic, I decided to apply what I learned to my OWN case. The results were nothing short of life-changing.

I’m now back pain-free and a TRUE believer.

I routinely recommend The Pain Management Workbook to anyone who battles persistent, long-term back pain. It provides a fresh perspective on pain and could be the key to COMPLETE healing.

In the meantime, some things have been proven effective at easing back pain.

  • Stretching: Our bodies become tighter as we age, and we must stretch to keep them flexible. Find a daily routine you can do even when you’re NOT hurting. This alone can fix most people’s back pain if they make a habit of it.
  • Move MORE: Moving your body boosts blood circulation, distributing more oxygen and nutrients to where they’re needed and removing waste. I rarely recommend anything more than gentle walking or swimming for people with back pain.
  • Anti-inflammatories: With a back injury, it’s vital to calm the inflammation. The best natural anti-inflammatories are omega-3-rich fish oil and the herbs curcumin and Boswellia.
  • Supplements: Magnesium helps muscles relax, and vitamin D can reduce pain.
  • Get Help: Chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists are all good folks to turn to for back pain relief. Find a practitioner you trust near you and work with them to relieve your back issues.

P.S. Before you reach for that bottle of pain pills again, you NEED to know something. Your temporary solution for joint pain could leave you with permanent damage. Don’t take another NSAID pain reliever UNTIL YOU READ THIS!
