Dodge Heart Palpitations with POTENT A-fib Fix

If you’ve ever felt your heart fluttering or “skipping a beat,” you may have experienced atrial fibrillation or A-fib.

It’s a common condition that can cause an irregular heartbeat, palpitations, fatigue, and even make you more likely to have a stroke or heart attack.

A-fib affects folks of ALL ages but tends to strike seniors more often.

And all the standard advice about heart health—from maintaining a healthy weight to regular exercise and controlling blood pressure—can reduce your risk for this dangerous condition.

But recent research reveals another powerful, drug-free tool that could help you dodge A-fib.

And believe it or not, you can pick it up at your local grocery store.

I’m talking about omega-3 fatty-acid-rich fish oil.

Recent research published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that folks with MORE omega-3 fatty acids in their diet were LESS likely to develop A-fib.

The extensive study included 301,294 participants and concluded that volunteers who got a minimum of 750 milligrams of omega-3s (EPA, DHA) daily were significantly less likely to suffer from the condition.

This is great news because mainstream medicine essentially considers A-fib non-treatable without surgery. So your best bet is to avoid it altogether.

Now, keep in mind this wasn’t a cause-and-effect type of study. So more research will be needed to nail down the precise relationship between omega-3s and A-fib risk.

But the data is solid. And this much smoke typically means fire.

Besides, plenty of OTHER fish-oil benefits make eating more wild-caught, fresh water, oily fish and taking a supplement a good idea.

  • Heart Health: Numerous studies link omega-3s to lower blood pressure, healthier triglycerides, and less risk for blood clots. Plus, fish oil’s inflammation-reducing properties are associated with a healthy heart and blood vessels.
  • Brain Health: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a type of omega-3 that supports better brain health. This fatty acid makes up a large part of the brain’s structure and is essential for brain growth and function. Omega-3s are linked to better cognitive function and memory and a lower chance of age-related cognitive decline and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
  • Mental Health: Research shows omega-3s can often ease the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
  • Eye Health: DHA is a big part of the retina in the eye. Age-related macular degeneration, the most common cause of vision loss in older people, is linked to low omega-3 levels. Plus, omega-3s also help keep the eyes moist, making dry eyes less likely.
  • Inflammation: Chronic inflammation is linked to many health issues, including heart disease, arthritis, and autoimmune conditions. But omega-3 fatty acids are natural anti-inflammatories that can ease symptoms and help regulate your immune system response.
  • Joint Health: Omega-3s reduce stiffness, pain, and inflammation in the joints, especially in folks with rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis. Omega-3s can improve joint mobility and reduce the need for anti-inflammatory drugs.
  • Skin Health: Omega-3s support the skin’s moisture barrier, lowering inflammation and encouraging cell turnover leading to younger-looking and healthier skin. The fatty acids can also ease the symptoms of troubling skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

If you aren’t ALREADY taking an omega-3 fatty acid supplement, you should consider changing that. After all, with all these benefits BEYOND lowering A-fib risk, you really can’t lose.

Just be sure to check with your doctor before you start.

P.S. Pairing THIS vital nutrient with omega-3 fatty acids slashes your autoimmune disease risk. And best of all, you can pick up this power couple at your local grocery store for a few bucks a month. CLICK HERE for all the details.
