“Forest Fix” CONQUERS Chronic UTIs

“Oh no, here we go again…”

It’s your first exasperated thought when you feel the tell-tale twinge of yet another urinary tract infection (UTI).

Because when you’re a frequent flyer on the UTI Express, you know the signs. The pain, urgency, cloudiness, and smell are a dead giveaway.

If you suffer from chronic UTIs, you’re in good company.

A stunning 20 to 30 percent of women (between 976 million and 1 BILLION) battle recurrent UTIs. And guys, 12 percent of you will face a urinary tract infection in your lifetime.

However, having company is little comfort when you’re in the thick of it, battling the pain and inconvenience.

But what if you could dodge your next UTI altogether? (And the NEXT one, too!)

Let me explain…

Researchers say the bark of a tree that grows naturally in the region of the western Mediterranean Sea could effectively END your UTI nightmare.

This natural extract from the French Maritime pine tree has the remarkable ability to battle urinary tract infection symptoms.

I’ll dive into those details in just a moment. But first, let’s take a quick look at two other tried-and-true urinary tract infection fighters.

If you suffer from chronic UTIs, you’re probably already familiar with cranberry extract and d-mannose. In studies, they’re proven to resolve UTI symptoms faster and, in many cases, reduce recurring infections.

But more importantly, women who use them often report real-world relief.

However, you might consider adding a pine bark extract to the mix. In a head-to-head test against cranberry, the “forest fix” performed remarkably well.

For the study, researchers recruited 63 women who reported at least three UTIs in the past year, two in the last month, or symptoms of a UTI without a positive bacteria test (interstitial cystitis).

The volunteers were split into a control group, a French Maritime pine bark extract group (150 mg daily), and a cranberry extract (400 mg daily) group.

For two months, all the volunteers followed the same standard protocol. They avoided excess caffeine, alcohol, and spices. They stayed well-hydrated and got moderate exercise. Plus, they received instructions on better bladder care and UTI-reducing hygiene tips.

Both the pine tree and cranberry extracts performed well. And the changes the control group made had a positive effect, too. But the “forest fix” was the CLEAR winner.

The number of UTIs and interstitial cystitis episodes…

  • dropped 45 percent in the cranberry group, and
  • plunged 62 percent in the pine bark group

By the end of the 60 days…

  • 100 percent of the pine-bark group, and
  • 35 percent of the cranberry group were infection-free.

And perhaps most importantly, the interventions led to most of the women feeling FAR better…

  • 80 percent of the cranberry group, and
  • 91 percent of the pine-bark group were symptom-free.

French Maritime pine bark extract is a natural antioxidant. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and boosts blood flow. That’s made it a popular supplement for easing everything from bedroom blues to high blood pressure.

Now, we can add beating UTIs to that long list of benefits.

You’ll find French Maritime pine-bark extract online or anywhere supplements are sold. It can be purchased as a stand-alone supplement or as part of a more comprehensive multi-ingredient formula.

P.S. The debate over using cranberry to naturally tackle UTIs has raged for YEARS. THIS should FINALLY put it to rest.
