[Alert] HIDDEN Diabetes Warning Sign Discovered!

When it comes to catching diabetes early, your mainstream will tell you to focus on two things: your weight and your diet.

That’s not bad advice. When these two factors aren’t healthy your blood sugar can skyrocket.

But those aren’t the only tell-tale signs that diabetes could be in your future.

Because according to new research, there’s another early warning sign of diabetes.

And it’s hiding in plain sight.

Studies show that the health of your gums reflects the health of your body. Bad gum health has been linked to heart disease and dementia.

And according to a new study, poor gum health is a leading risk factor for diabetes, too.

You see, when sugar levels increase in your blood, they also lead to more sugar in saliva. This creates a breeding ground for bacteria in your mouth and results in gum disease.

So, if you’re having trouble with your gums, chances are you’re having trouble with your blood sugar as well.

If you’re not sure, here’s how to know if your gums are in bad shape:

  • Bleeding gums: If your gums bleed easy, especially if you are just brushing or flossing – this is one of the early signs of gum disease.
  • Gums pulled away from teeth: Walk up to a mirror and smile. Take a look at the base of your teeth – if your gums look like they are getting smaller and pulling away from your teeth, this is a warning sign.
  • Swollen gums: Redness in your gums, or if they feel swollen and tender, this is a sign of gingivitis and periodontitis.
  • Bad breath: Everyone has bad breath from time to time, but if it is constant, this is a sign of poor gum health. Most people can’t notice their own breath. Ask someone close to you.
  • Pus in between teeth: If you find pus between your teeth, it is time to see the dentists. Right now.

If you have any of these symptoms, it’s time to take better care of your gums.

And the best way to do that is by cutting the sugar.

This will help you restore your gum health… and fight diabetes at the same time.
