Are You at Risk for Alzheimer’s?
Dear Living Well Daily Reader,
For most of us, nothing is more terrifying than being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
And it’s not just because this devastating disease can make you lose your memories.
It’ can also strip you of your INDEPENDENCE.
Fortunately, there are a few ways to catch Alzheimer’s before it steals your future.
And spotting them early is the key to having the golden years you deserve.
Science has no cure for Alzheimer’s, and what your doctor can offer you for treatment is laughable.
Alzheimer’s has three distinct phases (early, middle, and late). By the time people hit the middle stage it is very clear they have Alzheimer’s — but what about earlier?
Look for these symptoms:
- Forgetting recent conversations or events
- Unable to recall familiar places, objects or people
- Asking the same question several times
- Poor judgement and difficulty making decisions
- Becoming resistant to trying new things
- And increased anxiety or confusion.
If you or a loved one show more than one of these symptoms, it’s time to take these steps:
Dr. Scott’s Brain Protection Plan:
- Creatine is an amino acid that is good for the brain and helps support energy production.
- Omega 3 fish oil is an essential fatty acid your brain needs to support its function and protect against oxidation.
- CoQ10 is powerful antioxidant and helps to provide energy throughout the body.
- Antioxidants can be vitamins such as vitamin A and vitamin C, but I especially like the phytonutrients found in superfood combinations.
- Herbs such as curcumin and bacopa work to decrease inflammation and act as powerful antioxidants.
