Backyard Secret CRUSHES Diabetes

If you’re like the rest of us, you’re probably watching what you eat.

And who could blame you?

As you get older, diet plays a key role in your weight which impacts your health… your mobility… and your memory.

But sometimes eating healthy can leave you hungry and unsatisfied.

Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be this way any longer.

Because scientists have pinpointed the one fruit you should eat every day if you want to feel full… and CRUSH your diabetes risk at the same time.

And it could be in your backyard right now.

Avocados are all the rage these days.

And with good reason.

These tasty green plants are technically considered fruits, but they have the nutrition and low-sugar profile of a vegetable

Plus, they are jam-packed with healthy fats, proteins, and essential nutrients that can stomp out your hunger and keep your blood sugar balanced.

In a new study, released by the Centers for Nutrition and Research, researchers replaced carbohydrates with Hass avocados in meals of obese adults.

At the end, all subjects reported feeling less hungry and more satisfied in the sixhour period following each meal.

Even better? The avocados also improved their blood sugar and insulin levels, too.

This means that replacing starches – like rice, bread, and potatoes– with avocados can help you eat less and STOP diabetes before it starts.

Avocados suppress your hunger because they contain good fats and proteins, which help slow your digestion.

Good fats are also good for your heart and brain. Avocados are one of the best sources of good fats that you can find.

So, yes, eat as many avocados as you like. You can also up your intake of avocado oil, olive oil, butter, lard, and coconut oil to help you feel fuller at any meal.

And if you want to save money, plant an avocado tree in your backyard and grow your own supply. You can get a sapling from your local nursery.
