Beat Menopause… Between the Sheets!

If you’re headed into menopause, you’re probably dreading it.

The night sweats… the headaches… the mood swings.

And if you’ve been through it, you’d like to keep all of it in the rearview mirror!

But if you are entering “the change,” there’s something you can do to delay it.

Something FUN for once… that will help you delay it longer AND boost your health.

Bonus: your husband will love it.

What’s the secret?

Just have more sex!

A new study out of the University College of London showed that if you’re a senior woman, sex is the BEST thing you can do for your health.

In the study, the research team collected data from 2,936 women pre-menopausal and perimenopausal women.

And they found something pretty surprising: women who were MORE sexually active were less likely to go into menopause.

In fact, women who had sex once or more a week were 28 percent less likely to have menopause during the 10-year study period.

Imagine if you could have an extra 10 years WITHOUT hot flashes and weight gain!

The researchers suggest that women weren’t having frequent sex sent a message to their body that there’s no chance of pregnancy, and as a result, they stop ovulating.

And when you stop ovulating, menopause begins.

You see, most women begin menopause between the ages of 45 and 55 years old, but some women get it even earlier.

And if you don’t have a healthy sex life, you could be dooming yourself to menopause as early as 40.

But having sex just once a week or more can put this off, plus bring you even more benefits, including:

  • Younger-looking skin
  • Better sleep
  • Fewer headaches
  • A happier marriage

And if you’ve already passed through menopause, there’s no excuse for you to miss out! You can enjoy all of these benefits as well.

So it’s time to up the romance. Your husband will thank you—and your body will too.
