Can You Make Your Brain 2 Years Younger?!

It’s the time of the season where we get together with family and friends…

Sit around the tree, gather for a meal, and share stories and memories with your grandkids

But it can be hard to reminisce on old times if you find your mind isn’t as sharp as it used to be.

Especially if you’re older.

You may find yourself more forgetful or struggling to find words.

And maybe that one big scary “A” word has crossed your mind…

Alzheimer’s.

But what if I told you there was something you could do to STOP Alzheimer’s before it even starts?

The best part? Anyone can do it… and you can make your brain TWO YEARS YOUNGER

******

Your best chance to avoid getting Alzheimer’s is to keep your brain as big as possible.

Sounds simple enough, right?

Most people know that as they age their body shrinks and get smaller. And this also happens to your brain, too.

It is well known that the volume and weight of your brain decline with age

Typically, you lose around 5 percent of your brain mass every decade after your 40th birthday.

By the time you hit 50 years old, you have lost 5 percent. When you hit 60, you have lost 10 percent…

Even worse? Brain-loss really accelerates after you turn 70.

But here is the thing, brain shrinkage doesn’t have to happen to you

A recent study, taking data from the famous Framingham Heart Study, finds that the more you exercise… the more brain volume you have.

AND the researchers found that it didn’t take much exercise to make a difference.

The 2018 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans suggest 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week.

BUT if you do an additional hour of exercise per week, you shave off 1-2  years of brain aging.

In other words, doing just 3.5 hours a week (or a halfhour a day) can reduce your brain age by up to TWO YEARS!

And this doesn’t mean you have to train for a marathon.

Instead, try walking to do errands, take the stairs, bike, play golf, and work in the garden.

P.S. Looking for more ways to halt Alzheimer’s? You’ll want to go here and learn about this popular herb that could REVERSE your Alzheimer’s symptoms!
