Citrus Secret to Better Heart Health REVEALED

Looking out for your heart health is VITAL as you age.

After all, we only get ONE ticker that’s got to last us a lifetime.

And you’re not going to believe this, but a powerful tool for boosting our heart health has been hiding in plain sight all along.

Even worse, we’ve been tossing it into the TRASH!

New research reveals that the orange peels we’ve been discarding without a second thought could be a secret weapon in the fight against heart disease.

During the digestive process, some bad-news bacteria that silently lurk in our guts come out of hiding to munch on certain nutrients they love.

When they do, they produce a molecule called trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO), which can be a good way to predict future heart problems when measured in large numbers.

However, some clever researchers at the University of Florida uncovered a way to fight back. They tested how phytochemical-packed orange peel extract affects the production of TMAO.

And they were pleasantly surprised.

The extracts effectively inhibited the production of harmful chemicals, halting the production of TMAO and another troublemaker molecule called trimethylamine (TMA).

The scientists found feruloylputrescine, a compound in the orange peel extract, significantly inhibits the enzyme responsible for TMA production.

Currently we waste around five million tons of orange peels every year. That’s because 95 percent of Florida oranges end up as juice, which produces a lot of peels no one wants.

About half of those peels get fed to cows while the rest just rot away.

Now that we know that orange peels are the unsung heroes of heart health, that can change because there will be less waste as demand increases.

Look for an orange peel extract anywhere supplements are sold.

P.S. “Citrus Superstar” PROTECTS your heart.
