“Clock Trick” LOWERS Your Blood Sugar?
Dear Reader,
If you listen to the mainstream media, they’ll have you believing that the ONLY way to lower your blood sugar and burn more fat is to take their dangerous drugs and exercise till you drop.
But there’s a better, safer and MORE effective way.
In fact, I have an easy solution for you. It’ll help you lower your blood sugar AND burn fat at the same time!
The secret lies in a simple “clock trick” …
If we’ve heard it once we’ve heard it a million times from mainstream doctors:
A calorie is a calorie, no matter when you eat it.
And if you believe that theory, then the more calories you eat, the more weight you will gain.
But it’s NEVER been that simple!
There are many, MANY reasons why the calories on a label will or will not end up on your hips or belly.
AND, according to a recent study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, you can put the time you eat on the list of things that break the calorie-is-a-calorie nonsense.
The research team discovered that all you have to do is eat an early dinner to avoid weight gain and high blood sugar (no matter what food you are eating)!
We’ve known for a while that late eating is associated with gaining weight, but it hasn’t really been tested in a clinical trial until now.
The researchers in this study brought together 20 healthy volunteers and watched how their bodies metabolized dinner when they ate at 10:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM.
The study found that for identical meals, late eating caused higher blood sugar levels and burned less fat.
The reason for this has to do with your circadian rhythm (your normal wake/sleep cycle). What researchers have discovered is our body’s ability to metabolize sugar changes throughout the day.
In fact, the study found that the late eating had peak blood sugar levels almost 20 percent higher and a 10 percent less fat burning when compared to those eating earlier,
AND it gets even worse for people who are already overweight or diabetic.
So, your best plan is to eat as early as possible.
Early eating works well with my continual suggestion to limit the amount of hours you eat in a day (compressed eating) – simply have breakfast and lunch whenever you like, but stop eating as early in the day as you can.
