[COVID-19] THIS Could Increase Your Death Risk 59%!
Dear Living Well Daily Reader,
When I think about how history records the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope they capture the true reality of it… including the fear.
While I don’t believe in living a life totally afraid at all times, I understand how easy it can be to slip into that mindset.
Especially when researchers discover new terrifying information every day.
And now, it may have gotten even worse.
We know that COVID-19 is deadly, but now researchers have discovered that this could up your risk of death by 59 percent.
But almost no one is talking about it.
Experts once believed that once you had the virus, you’re done with it… but now that’s not the case.
A massive study published in the journal Nature examined more than 87,000 COVID-19 long-haul patients and discovered that COVID-19 patients have a 59 percent higher risk of dying up to 6 months after their battle with the virus.
That’s right—if you were infected, your body could STILL actually be fighting the virus, even though you don’t have symptoms.
You see, COVID-19 (much like Lyme disease or herpes) continues to stick around in your body, even if you don’t have any visible signs of infection.
And now it seems, “long haulers” are the most at risk.
The study found that these COVID-19 patients were also more likely to return to their doctor for more treatment for their symptoms, even six months later.
When it comes to COVID-19, my advice is still the same as with any other illness. Your best bet for avoiding disease is to make your body as healthy as possible.
Let me show you how.
Dr. Scott’s Immunity Boost Program:
- One of the best ways to keep your body healthy is to exercise. Find something you love to do (walk, run, bike, swim, golf, tennis) and do it as often as you can.
- Your body needs much more fiber than most Americans are getting. Fiber helps to keep your bowels regular, but also takes toxins out of our bodies. My favorite fiber is ground flax seeds.
- Grass-fed and free-range meats are low in chemicals and are full of good fats. These proteins help your body in a variety of ways.
- Antioxidants. Especially those found in colorful fruits and veggies. If you don’t get enough vegetables in your diet, make sure you supplement. I like a superfood blend I mix into my food every day.
- Vitamin E, selenium, CoQ10, and astaxanthin are supplements proven to help push back Father Time. These are best to supplement as you can’t get enough in food.
P.S. If you’re a COVID-19 survivor, there’s something else you need to be mindful of. This deadly threat is affecting 54 percent of survivors… but thankfully, you can keep it at bay. everything you need to know.
