[REVEALED] The CULPRIT Behind “High Cholesterol”

Dear Reader,

For decades, mainstream medicine has been playing the same old cholesterol con

They’ve promised you that taking risky cholesterol lowering drugs (statins) and eating a heart-damaging low-fat diet will keep your cholesterol low…

AND make you almost immune to heart attack or stroke.

What’s worse, Big Pharma and Big Food have backed these recommendations with a bunch of bogus studies.

But you deserve to know the truth about low cholesterol.

It might just save your life.

Lowering cholesterol for your health is still a popular mainstream idea – despite not a shred of evidence to support the idea that low cholesterol prevents ANYTHING.

In fact, the opposite is true:

Really low cholesterol INCREASES your risk for certain diseases (like cancer). And having higher cholesterol later in life actually HELPS keep your brain in tip-top condition.

Yet your mainstream doctor will tell you to lower your cholesterol and stay away from fats… he might even push a low-fat diet.

But a new international team of cardiologist and researchers discovered that they can’t find any good reason you should stop eating saturated fats like meat, eggs, and cheese to lower your cholesterol.

That’s because the REAL culprit is carbohydrates

The research team, who published their study in the British Medical Journal, used evidence-based medicine to prove that carbohydrates (like bread, potatoes, and sugars) raise both blood sugars and cholesterol

So, stop worrying about your cholesterol levels – especially if you follow my advice. Make sure you are eating enough good-quality proteins and avoid sugars whenever you can.

Additionally, if you really want to take care of your heart, try this:

  • Fish Oil: Studies have shown that Omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish oil) can reduce heart disease by up to 52%. Fish oils work by reducing inflammation and softening up arteries so that they stay flexible. I suggest you take between 1,000 and 3,000 milligrams a day.
  • CoQ10 (CoenzymeQ10): This antioxidant/enzyme is found throughout our bodies and is used for energy production. Since our heart is one of the most energy-hungry organs in our bodies, it needs CoQ10.  But CoQ10 goes beyond that, it is also a powerful antioxidant that works both inside and outside the cells. CoQ10 has been shown to lower inflammation, reduce blood clots, and help prevent skipped beats (like arrhythmias or atrial fibrillation).
  • Vitamin C: Remember that we are one of a few mammals that cannot produce their own vitamin C. If you don’t supplement, you don’t get enough of this vitamin, so add it to your list.
  • Antioxidants: There are many antioxidants to choose from like vitamins A, C, E, and others, but I prefer the plant phytonutrients such as carotenoids, polyphenols and flavonoids for great antioxidant protection. Examples include: green tea extract – called EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), red wine extract (resveratrol), pycnogenol, olive leaf extract, curcumin, and others.
  • Hawthorn: This is an herb that has long been used for heart health. It helps lower blood pressure while also strengthening the heart muscle. Hawthorn berries are full of flavonoids for extra antioxidant protection.
