[Alert] This Mainstream Diabetes Advice is BOGUS!

If you’ve got diabetes, your mainstream doc is full of bad advice.

And this is especially true when it comes to your diet.

They’ll tell you to ditch the fat… and load up on complex carbs and swear it will make your blood sugar nosedive.

Well, I’m here to tell you these ideas are BOGUS.

And even worse? They can be is downright DANGEROUS.

Here’s what to do instead.

The mainstream dietary advice for diabetics goes something like this:

  • Eat more complex carbohydrates like brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, and lentils.
  • Avoid simple carbohydrates like sugar, pasta, white bread, flour, and cookies, pastries.

But this ISN’T sound advice.

Both complex carbs (like brown rice) and simple carbs (like pasta) SKYROCKET your blood sugar.

Fortunately, there’s a better way.

A new European study show just how ridiculous mainstream dietary advice is for diabetics.

The study followed 28 patients with type 2 diabetes for 12 weeks.

For the first six weeks, the researchers gave the volunteers the standard high-carb, low-fat, moderate-protein diet.

The next six weeks they fed the volunteers a low-carb, high-protein, and high-fat keto diet.

At the end, the keto diet group dramatically IMPROVED their blood sugar.

And the high-carb group? They saw ZERO results.

Not only did the low-carb group feel better, but they also improved their A1c levels – a blood test used to measure your average blood sugar level over a two-month span.

These results make it clear to everyone – except your mainstream doctor and the American Diabetes Association – that eating a low-carbohydrate diet is your key to maintaining good blood sugar control.
