Do You Have This Secret Cancer Trigger?

Talk to your mainstream doc about what causes cancer and they will rattle off three things:

  1. Smoking
  2. Poor diet
  3. Your bad genes

And they aren’t wrong. All of these factors can play a role in cancer growth.

But there’s something else they aren’t telling you about.

New research shows that common condition could be a secret cancer trigger.

Here’s what you need to know.

I’m talking about snoring.

And when this noisy condition is chronic… or when it develops into a more serious breathing issue like sleep apnea… it can be DEADLY.

You see, sleep apnea isn’t just regular old snoring. Instead, it’s a serious sleep disorder that causes your breathing to repeatedly stop and start. In the severe form of the disease, people can have 30-40 episodes an hour.

Sleep apnea is linked to high blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attack, and type 2 diabetes

You can probably guess the two main problems that arise with this disease:  lack of good sleep and a lack of oxygen.

The lack of sleep is a huge problem. Not getting your 40 winks increases your risk of heart disease, brain problems as you age, and causes you to gain weight.

Lack of oxygen causes a lot of problems for your body and brain.

Now a recent study shows that is can cause cancer, too.

For the research, scientists examined the medical records of nearly 20,000 and found a direct link between the severity of the apnea (how often it occurred) and the diagnosis of cancer.

And that’s because cancer thrives in low oxygen environments.

So, if you have sleep apnea, it’s time to REVERSE it.

Fortunately, that’s pretty easy to do.

The fastest way to stop this deadly disease is to lose weight.  In some cases, losing as little as 10 pounds can make all the difference.

And you should talk to your doctor about getting a CPAP machine. This can help regulate your breathing while you’re losing the weight.
