Don’t Make THIS Coffee Mistake (Packs on Pounds!)

You’ll LOVE this news If you enjoy a good cup of coffee like I do.

New research confirms coffee can help you keep your weight in check.

But there’s one mistake you can make that DESTROYS the fat-burning benefits of our favorite morning brew.

I’m talking about dumping sugar into your mug, of course!

A recent study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that drinking coffee without sugar was linked to weight LOSS. But adding it led to folks GAINING weight.

The data was pulled from three previous studies: The Nurses’ Health Study, The Nurses’ Health Study II, and The Health Professionals Follow-up Study. And the researchers looked at 155,000 cases in total, tracking folks’ daily habits.

Over four years, people who drank one cup of coffee daily, whether it was decaf or regular, lost weight. And those who added sugar gained weight.

They also found that adding or not adding cream had no effect.

Admittedly, the weight gain or loss was minimal over the four years folks were tracked. But the message this sends about the impact even a minimal amount of sugar can have shouldn’t be ignored.

And, of course, the MORE you eat of the sweet stuff, the more you’ll end up packing on the pounds.

But stick to black coffee (or with a splash of cream), and you won’t just get a momentary pickup but some long-term benefits, too.

Earlier studies show people who drink coffee daily are less likely to develop Parkinson’s and type 2 diabetes, for example. Plus, coffee lowers your risk of death by reducing your chances of developing heart failure or coronary heart disease.

Just be sure to avoid those coffee shop drinks. They typically contain more sugar than coffee.

P.S. COFFEE keeps cholesterol in check?! Scientists say, “YES!
