Dr. Scott’s #1 Health Secret (2 Hours)

If you’re like most seniors I treat, you would do just about anything be healthy and happy.

And that’s why so many of my patients go to extremes to be at their peak.

They never stop exercising… watch everything they eat… and always keep up with the latest health trends.

But I tell them to stop all that nonsense.

Because there’s an EASIER way to live a longer, healthier life.

It’s my #1 health secret… and it could change your life in just two hours.

It’s no secret that Mother Nature can cure what ails you.

There are plants that can destroy cancer… food that can kill cancer… and even minerals that can help lower your blood pressure.

And now we know that just being in nature can have incredible benefits for your health, too!

In a new study, published in the journal Scientific Reports, scientists analyzed the outdoor activity and health of over 20,000 participants.

At the end, they found that that folks who spend two hours each week in nature are much happier and in better health than their home-bound neighbors.

Even better? Some people spent 15 minutes a day out in nature, while others took their whole 2 hours at a time.

This means you get into nature on your schedule!

And you don’t even have to travel far to get your dose of Mother Nature. Just head to your closest park, beach, or trail

Researchers report that “nature bathing” is so good for your health because it reduces negative emotions like anger, stress, and anxiety. Plus, it helps reduce your blood pressure, heart rates and the production of stress hormone.

So, if you want to do the best thing for your health today, take a step outside!
