Dr. Scott’s Brain Protection Protocol

In this life, you only get one brain.

So, you go to great lengths to protect it.

You eat right… you exercise… and you always take your supplements.

But new research shows that the things that cause the most damage to your brain are a TOTALLY out of your control.

That’s why I’ve created by Brain Protection Protocol

And today, I’m going to share it with you.

In a recent study, researchers at the University Of California San Diego School Of Medicine found that negative life events – like the death in your family, divorce, financial hardship, or a serious medical crises – can make you age at WARP SPEED.

And this is particularly true when it comes to your brain.

But here’s the problem: You have ZERO CONTROL on when these types of things happen.

What do you have control over? How well you protect your brain.

The more trauma you have (or had) the more you have to take steps to ensure your brain is healthy.

Fortunately, Brain care is easy.

Let me show you.

Dr. Scott’s Brain Protection Protocol

  • Start with blood sugar control. Having high blood pressure can wreak havoc on your brain. Belly fat is a sign of poor blood sugar control. You can get to better sugar control by avoiding sugars and processed foods and by supplementing with the mineral chromium and the herbal extract berberine.
  • Focus muscle-building exercise. Try working with a personal trainer to find out what you can do to build muscle, but you can also walk for exercise.
  • Take fish oil. Omeg-3 fatty acids act like a shield for your brain. But most folks don’t get enough.  Make sure you supplement if you are not eating fish 2-3 times a week.
  • Get more polyphenols are phytonutrients in your diet. These powerful antioxidants are found in fresh fruits and vegetables. Most people are not getting enough of these either.
  • Take a mitochondrial support supplement. The energy-producing cells in our body (mitochondria) need certain nutrients (CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid, astaxanthin, selenium, Vitamin E) to keep our brains working well throughout our lives.

Your brain needs your help. If your brain is going to survive into old age intact, you need to take steps today to protect it today.
