Dr. Scott’s Drug-Free Nausea CURES

Few things can ruin your good time like feeling nauseous.

Your cold sweats… dizziness… and constant heaving are enough to drive you mad.

And that’s why you –like so many of us – reach for just about any OTC drug that will end your misery.

But many of these meds are full of chemicals… and do little to help your upset stomach.

You deserve a better way… and now it’s here.

Because there are natural solutions that can stop nausea in its tracks.

And I’m going to share them with you today.

Your brain and stomach are closely connected through a nerve called the vagus nerve.

There is a vomiting center located in your brainstem which monitors chemicals in your bloodstream.

When certain chemicals (like a poison from something you ate) pass by that center – it singles your stomach to get rid of everything it can.

But chemicals are not the only trigger.

Seasickness and other motion sicknesses, early pregnancy, intense pain, exposure to chemical toxins, emotional stress (fear), gallbladder disease, food poisoning, indigestion, various viruses, and certain smells or odors can all trigger the vomiting center in your brain.

The good news is there are great natural remedies for nausea.

Dr. Scott’s Bye-Bye Nausea Protocol:

  • Ginger is perhaps the most popular home remedy for nausea. Ginger has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years to help upset stomach. We still don’t know how ginger works just that it does. Multiple medical studies, especially in pregnant women, have shown ginger works to alleviate nausea.
  • Peppermint, has been used for thousands of years for nausea. It tends to be more helpful in people who have a lot of gas along with their nausea. But even smelling peppermint essential oil seems to work.
  • Citrus essential oils are also shown to decrease nausea. If you have a diffuser, try using lemon, orange or grapefruit oils in it when you’re nauseous.
  • Stay hydrated. Always make sure you drink plenty of water. Drinking can sometimes hasten vomiting (which is sometimes a relief) but make sure you stay hydrated.

Nausea should only be a temporary visitor.

If you find that you’re nauseous more than a day or two, it’s time to see your medical doctor.
