Easter Favorite SHEDS Pounds!?

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Happy Easter!

There are so many things to love about this spring holiday.

If you’re like most Americans, you’ll probably celebrate by dyeing and hiding eggs, baking a delicious ham with all the fixings, or indulging in Easter basket candy.

But did you know that one of these Easter favorites could actually help you SHED pounds?

Because despite what the mainstream may have told you, this food ISN’T off limits after all… and it can actually help you meet your weight loss goals!

The answer is eggs!

A recent study in the International Journal of Obesity recruited overweight volunteers and surveyed what they had for breakfast. And they discovered that folks who ate eggs for breakfast lost MORE weight than those who chose a bagel for breakfast.

That one simple change made a HUGE difference. The egg-eating group had a 61 percent greater reduction in body mass index (BMI) as well as a 65 percent greater loss in weight than the bagel-munching group.

While you might have been scared away from eating eggs by the mainstream nutritional “experts,” eggs are actually great for your health.

You see, eggs contain a good amount of protein that gives your metabolism a little kick, leading to more calories burned. They also contain healthy fat, which, in combination with the protein, helps you feel full longer.

Even better, eggs are packed with vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin A, vitamin D, B vitamins, and folate.

So, don’t be afraid to indulge in a deviled egg or two this Easter Sunday. And, moving forward, think about how you can add more eggs to your diet.

P.S. If you’ve been wanting to lose weight, you need to see this trick that can supercharge your weight loss in just 4 seconds.
