[Exposed] The DANGEROUS New Diet Fad

Here’s something you might not know about me…

Many years ago, I was a vegetarian. And I felt terrible.

My own doctor finally gave me a wake-up call.

“If eating meat was a matter of life and death,” he asked, “would you do it?”

“Of course,” I told him.

“Good,” he answered. “Because it is.”

There’s a lot of hoopla these days around the so-called “vegan” diet, with no animal products.

Lots of celebrities and professional athletes are turning to “plant only” eating.

But “going vegan” can literally WRECK your health. Let me show you EXACTLY what I learned first-hand.

People who push for vegan diets will tell you that eating only plants improves heart health, prevents cancer, causes you to lose weight, and can stop dementia.

Of course, that’s VERY misleading…

To start, the exact definition of a plant-based diet is a little up in air. It’s not standardized at all, so how can ANYONE make blanket claims about the benefits?

Second, lots of these health claims are based on studies that are poorly done, or are not applicable to most humans.

Most of the diets focus on removing fat and tell people to consume vegetable oils – which are actually TERRIBLE for your heart and brain (they increase in inflammation).

The newest of these plant-based diets is called the Norwegian diet, which proposes a theory that Norwegians’ health improved when Germany invaded Norway during the World War II. The Germans, the theory goes, took most of the meats away from the Norwegians.

That sounds plausible, but the Germans also took away margarine (a trans-fat which causes lots of problems).

Norwegians also exercised more because gasoline was scarce and they tended to eat less (sounds like intermittent fasting to me – which has been proven to be healthy).

If you really want to avoid heart disease and be healthy, yes, eat your vegetables.

But good fats and proteins are just as importantyour health as those vegetables.

If you were to scan a list of vitamins you would find many of them (including B vitamins) are almost exclusively found in meat.

So “going vegan” can be a one-way ticket to a serious vitamin deficiency. This happens all the time.

The most important thing you can do for your health is to avoid processed foods, eliminate seed oils, and remove refined carbohydrates and added sugars from your diet.

Following this eating plan is GUARANTEED to improve your health.

And unlike lots of fad diets, like veganism, it’s based on sound science.
