Four FOOL-PROOF Ways to Avoid the Coronavirus

You may THINK you’re safe from the coronavirus.

After all, you’re not hopping on a plane to China or taking a cruise any time soon.

But it doesn’t matter.

Because even though you’re staying inside… it can still get you.

And without these four tips to avoid coronavirus, you’re a sitting duck.

When 3,700 Japanese citizens were forced to stay aboard their coronavirus-contaminated cruise ship, health officials thought they’d handled the problem.

But the quarantine did NOTHING.

The virus reached Japan anyway.

In the latest of the skyrocketing death toll, an 80-year-old Japanese woman died from the coronavirus.

And get this? She WASN’T on the cruise ship. In fact, she had NEVER left Japan.

But the coronavirus found her anyway.

And now it’s coming for you.

Folks, we’ve gotten past the point of watching the virus take hold in other countries. It’s reached our shores.

In fact, there’s now been at least 15 confirmed cases in the U.S.

Experts say there’s no way to find out exactly how many cases there are because of how quickly the virus can spread. Their best guess is over 100,000 cases.

It’s terrifying… but you can make sure you and your family NEVER have to be a statistic.

And it all you have to do is stick to four things:

  1. Wash your hands. A recent study conducted in busy airports shows that washing your hands while in public can cut your chances of getting the virus by 37 PERCENT!
  2. Eat right. Getting plenty of lean proteins and fresh fruits and vegetables goes a long way towards strengthening your immune system and keeping out killer germs.
  3. Take supplements. Stock up on supplements like vitamin C, elderberry, and astralagus. These time-honored immune system boosters will keep you and your family safe from the coronavirus PLUS keep away the flu and stomach bugs.
  4. Get good sleep. A recent study has shown that getting your zzz’s can boost T-cell production, your body’s natural infection-fighters.

By using these four common-sense tips, you can protect yourself and your family from this deadly virus.
