HIDDEN Cause of Your Sleepless Nights

Insomnia can start to feel like a curse.

It gets to the point where you DREAD going to bed. After all, another night of tossing-and-turning and checking the clock isn’t anyone’s idea of fun.

You head to the bedroom thinking, “I FEEL sleepy. Maybe THIS is the night I finally beat it.” Only to find yourself staring at the ceiling at 2 AM once again.

And I bet you dollars to donuts you’ve ALREADY tried a BUNCH of solutions. But everything from white noise to sleeping pills has been a dud.

You may find yourself on the brink of considering prescription sleep meds. But don’t.

Those risky drugs come with a ton of terrifying side effects and offer very few benefits.

Besides, it turns out insomnia has a HIDDEN cause for many folks. But the good news is that it ALSO comes with an easy fix.

Not getting enough shuteye doesn’t just leave you FEELING miserable and in a fog. It can ALSO trigger some serious health problems.

Research has already linked insomnia to major health concerns, including high blood pressure, anxiety, weakened immunity, depression, mood swings, dementia, and weight gain.

But a recent study revealed simple nutritional deficiencies could be behind your sleeplessness.

And fixing them could have you happily slipping off to La-La Land in no time.

Believe it or not, nutritional deficiencies are much more common than you think.

In fact, close to 80 percent of us are running short on at least one crucial vitamin or mineral in our diet. And most of us are missing MORE than that!

When any of the following four vitamins are running low, they’re likely to trigger insomnia.

  • Vitamin D: The sunshine vitamin is known for supporting bone health. But this hardworking multitasker does far MORE than that. Vitamin D also helps regulate mood and block inflammation. But there’s also growing evidence that D can help with sleep. Vitamin D deficiency has even been linked to shorter sleep duration. So topping up your levels could help you get some shuteye.
  • Vitamin C: Citrus fruits and peppers are brimming with vitamin C. It’s one of the most potent antioxidants. And, it can calm inflammation, support your immune system, and build strong bones and teeth. According to a 2009 study, a combo of 100 mg of vitamin C and 400 IU of vitamin E reduced sleep apnea, a disruptive disorder that causes snoring, gasping for air, and interrupted sleep.
  • Vitamin E: Vitamin E is already a no-brainer when it comes to healthy skin and hair. Plus, it can help fight memory loss and cognitive decline. But E is ALSO critical for sound sleep.
  • Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is necessary for the production of serotonin (the relaxing “feel good” hormone) and melatonin (the “sleep” hormone). When your levels of these critical hormones dip too low, insomnia is inevitable.

The best way to top up ALL of these nutrients is to take a multivitamin daily.

P.S. Need a bit more help slipping off to sleep? This POTENT insomnia remedy is hidden right in your own backyard.
