Leftover Holiday Treat SLASHES Your Pain 25%

Christmas might be over… but the nagging back, neck and shoulder pain that comes along with all those wrapped packages… decorated cookies… and playing with the grandkids is here for the long haul.

And your mainstream doc won’t help you.

He’ll just hand you a script for some dangerous drugs and send you on your way.

But there’s a better way to STOP your muscle pain.

And it’s in some of your favorite leftover holiday treats.

I’m talking about ginger.

And you’ve probably got loads of this tasty spice in the form of cookies, cakes, and other treats.

But it should also be in your medicine cabinet.

Because research shows that it can WIPE OUT your muscle pain.

You see, when you overuse your muscles, it causes inflammation. And that’s what causes the aching pain and soreness.

So if you can lower inflammation… you can LOWER your muscle pain, too.

And a new study, published in the Journal of Pain, shows that ginger does just that.

For the research, the participants in the study took ginger supplements and lifted heavy weights to induce moderate muscle injury to their arms for 11 days

At the end, they found that daily ginger supplementation reduced exercise-induced pain by 25 percent.

But eating those leftover treats won’t do the job. They are full of sugar and other carbs that will only make inflammation worse.

So your best bet is to pick up a ginger supplement or tea at your local natural health store.
