I’d like your help...

Lately, I’ve been seeing a LOT in the media about sleep.

While searching for articles, I found even National Geographic has explored this topic.

In one of their articles, they describe a test led by Harvard researcher Robert Stickgold. He found undergraduates who engaged deeper sleep were better memorizers.

Other researchers have found that during sleep, a person’s brain appears to repeat a neuron firing pattern similar to when he or she was recently awake.

Like the brain reinforces daytime memories of new things learned.

Not only that, another sleep researcher by the name of Giulio Tononi found that during sleep, the brain seems to delete redundant or unnecessary connections or synapses.

Almost as if sleep helps us forget what’s not important.

So in two different ways, sleep can sharpen our memory.

This is just scratching the surface. It’s fascinating how sleep helps our brains.

But if you’re unable to sleep, you know how frustrating it can be.

So, here’s what I’d love your help with:

I want to know what you most want to know about sleep.
