Is It REALLY Alzheimer’s Disease?! (Shocking)

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’re not feeling well, one of the WORST things you can do is plug your symptoms into Google.

Because no matter what you have, the internet will tell you it’s either cancer or you’re dying.

And mainstream medicine is starting to follow that same pattern.

You go to your doctor with frequent headaches and he’ll sign you up for a PET scan. But sometimes this over-prescriptive style, as I call it, can end up in disaster.

Especially when it comes to Alzheimer’s disease.

A new study has found that seniors who experience brain fog and have trouble paying attention are getting misdiagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease… when it could be something far simpler instead.

*****

I’m talking about a chronic sinus infection.

A new study published in JAMA Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery found that chronic sinus infections can actually change brain activity.

The research team used MRI brain scans and found changes in people’s brains that can cause loss of mental function (executive function), increased mind wandering, and lack of attention…

All of which look a whole lot like Alzheimer’s.

Of course, mainstream docs will treat sinus infections with antibiotics – but those can cause a whole mess of problems (and still not get rid of the infection).

Fortunately, there’s a much better way.

Dr. Scott’s Sinus Infection Program

  • Food allergies. The driver of chronic sinus infections is often food allergies. The most common are wheat, corn, dairy, and nuts, but can be almost anything. Uncovering food allergies is painstakingly hard. If you suspect food as your trigger, try staying away from that food for a few months and see how you feel. You should also avoid processed foods, trans fats, and too many sugars.
  • Carotenoids and other phytonutrients are great for the sinuses and help to reduce oxidant damage. You can find phytonutrients in fruits, vegetables, and my favorite: superfood blends and green tea.
  • Vegetables are especially important for people with allergies. I prefer cruciferous veggies like bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, radish, turnips, watercress as well as garlic and onions.

P.S. The medical mainstream isn’t just getting Alzheimer’s diagnoses wrong… they’re also still practicing these 6 dangerous “treatmentsthat amount to a whole lot of nothing. Find out what they are right here.
