Weird Light HEALS Heart Attack Damage

If you’ve had a heart attack, you already know how important it is to avoid having a second one.

And your mainstream doc doesn’t make that easy.

They’ll tell you to eat better… exercise… and take risky statins.

But what they don’t tell you is that a heart attack causes massive damage to your heart.

And that damage HAS TO BE REPAIRED if you want to never have another heart attack.

Now, there’s a way to do that.

Researchers have identified a weird light that can heal the damage caused by a heart attack.

A new study out of the University of Colorado, published in the journal Cell Reports, shows exposing lab mice to intense light for a week improves their outcomes after heart attacks.

After finding such results in mice, the researchers turned to humans.

They exposed volunteers to 30 minutes of intense light on five consecutive mornings and measure their heart responses by checking their blood for certain markers.

At the end, they found that the light exposure had improved their levels of Period Circadian Regulator (PR2) – a gene that helps protect your heart tissue from the damage caused by lack of oxygen (which occurs during a heart attack).

As an added benefit, the light also decreased their plasma triglycerides and improved their metabolism as well.

The heart benefits of light therapy are similar to those caused by sun exposure. This is proven by studies showing that more people have heart attacks during the winter (when there’s less light) than in the summer.

Various forms of light therapy are already in use both in the traditional and alternative medicine communities. Check with your doc about where to get it.

And while it’s not yet being used as the standard of care for heart patients (either post-heart attack or prior to surgery), it should be.
