Lose Weight WITHOUT Diet and Exercise?!
It’s the number one question I get from my patients: Can I lose weight without going on a diet or having to exercise?
And who can blame them? Nobody wants to give up their favorite foods or spend their free time at the gym.
Fortunately, they don’t have to.
Because the short answer to that question is: YES!
But you have to know what you are doing.
Let me show you.
Going on diet is often a losing game (and NOT a losing weight game).
Research shows that most people who start any weight loss program fail within the first 30 days.
They fail NOT because they don’t have the right tools to take poundsoff but because your body has extraordinary tools to fight your attempts to erase those extra pounds.
In order to switch your body from weight-storing to weight-losing, you have to understand how to fight your body’s fight to keep weight on.
Here are the tools you need to get started:
- Stay Hydrated: This one thing can completely change your life: drink only water.I know some people hate drinking water, but almost anything else you drink can add calories that you don’t want.
- Get 40 Winks: Sleep is your best friend, especially for weight loss. When you don’t sleep well, you make metabolicchanges to your body which makes it easier to gain weight. And not getting enough sleep also changes your brain, making you more irritable and moodier as well as increasing your craving for sugary foods.
- Eat Early: Eat as much food as you want during the morning and afternoon and stop eating as early as you can. This means you are eating calories while you are active.
- Go Nuts: Nuts are full of protein and fats that help you to feel full and are your best choice for a snack. Nuts are also great for your heart and brain.
- Workout Early: For reasons not completely clear, exercising in the morning burns more fat (maybe up to 20 percent more).
