Mainstream Treatment SPREADS Breast Cancer?

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer, there’s one sentence you never want to hear…

The cancer has metastasized.

When cancer metastasizes, it means it’s spread to other parts of your body, making treatment even harder. Suddenly you’ve gone from fighting an isolated battle to waging a full-scale war, on multiple fronts.

It’s something you want to avoid at ALL costs.

Yet now, researchers have linked one of Big Pharma’s popular treatments to it.

A shocking new study has revealed that this mainstream treatment can cause breast cancer cells to SPREAD.

Undergoing cancer treatment in America most often means resorting to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery… and each one comes with its own set of consequences.

Chemotherapy is a series of drugs whose primary intention is to kill cancer cells. It accomplishes its goal by keeping cells from growing, dividing, and multiplying.

The thought behind chemotherapy is that it only targets cancer cells… but the problem is, it attacks healthy cells too.

And now, a new study found that a chemotherapy drug called cyclophosphamide could give cancer EASIER access to other parts of the body… specifically, your lungs.

The way it works is, cyclophosphamide unintentionally weakens the junctions between blood vessel cells in the lungs.

For the study, researchers gave healthy mice a dose of cyclophosphamide, and then injected them with breast cancer cells after four days.

The results? The chemo drug had essentially “escorted” the cancer cells to the lung tissue in a matter of hours.

Dr. Hai is the first researcher to look into what chemotherapy drugs are doing to healthy cells. His previous research looked into another chemo drug called paclitaxel, which can cause immune system cells to mutate, allowing breast cancer tumor cells to spread.

We now know that two chemotherapy drugs actually HELP cancer cells. The first allows the cells to break off easier from the tumor, and the second makes it easier for those broken-off bits to invade other tissues.

Talk with your doctor about the pros and cons of chemotherapy treatment. And make sure to bring a copy of this study with you.
