Make 2020 the BEST Year for Your Heart, Blood Sugar, and Waistline!

If you’re like most of my senior patients, you will do just about anything to NEVER gain weight… or get heart disease and diabetes.

That’s why you’re taking your supplements… getting regular exercise… and watching your diet.

But researchers have found another way to reduce your cholesterol, lower your blood sugar, and shrink your waistline.

And starting it now could make 2020 the best year of your life.

I’m talking about fasting.

But don’t get worried… you won’t have to go without food for days at a time.

Instead, this approach to eating is called intermittent fasting and it works by compressing your eating schedule.

All you have to do is condense your meals into a 10-hour window every day.

In a recent 12-week study (of mostly obese people), eating this way reduced body weight and BMI, as well as improving blood pressure and lowering blood sugar.

Even better? It also improved their sleep, which is key for anyone trying to stay in good health.

There are no restrictions on what the people ate only the amount of time they ate.  And most people found they could push breakfast till later (say, eating their first meal at 10:00).

This means by simply crunching the hours you spend eating, you get all the health benefits and you don’t have to change a thing you are eating.

And if fasting for 14 hours sounds too difficult, don’t worry.

You can start with an 8-hour fast and then slowly work your way up to 14 hours. Many studies show you can still get health benefits this way.
